The highlight of our tour was unquestionably the final stop at Tobin James Cellars. Upon arriving, we were given a private tour of their facilities including tastings from the fermentation chambers by Tobin James himself. This was completely unexpected and was the perfect way to end a tour that took us all by surprise. I'd also like to extend thanks to our tour guide James, who went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions. Again, thank you very much for your work in organizing this tour. As mentioned above, it exceeded the expectations of every single person in our party. We look forward to doing it again sometime.
