Arroyo Grande Office ~ Full Time Office & Account/Team Manager


Responsible for covering the daily needs in the areas of sales, customer service,
vendor & employee liaison, inventory control, some accounting and general office duties. 
Ensuring that all tasks are executed in a manner that exemplifies
company's mission, vision and core values.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer service - Manage customer experience from start to finish
  • Sell and book services both online and over the phone
  • Liaison to drivers/guides: Assignment, instruction & dispatching
  • Liaison to wineries: Creating & implementing itineraries, securing appointments
  • Liaison to vendors: Sourcing, ordering
  • Connective tissue between all involved parties
  • Learned knowledge of services and ability to share accurate information
  • Learned knowledge of wine regions, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara county
  • Keep CRM up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintain accurate inventory across all platforms
  • Light bookkeeping in QuickBooks Pro
  • Perform general office duties and assist other personnel, as required.
  • Maintain high level of company’s respect within the industry
  • Social Media posting, tagging, sharing & scheduling
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations of changes which would affect operations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Starting at $20-25 per hour DOE
  • Mon-Fri / 8:30 - 5:30
  • Paid Holidays
  • Paid Sick Days
