Part Time Office & Account Manager

Arroyo Grande Office 

The Office & Account Manager role is responsible for the daily needs in the areas of general sales and account servicing, vendor & employee liaison, inventory control, light bookkeeping and general office duties. The Office & Account Manager will ensure that all tasks are executed in a manner that exemplifies company's mission, vision and core values. 


Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and route accordingly
  • Read, route and draft correspondence & documents
  • General sales and top-shelf customer service
  • Connective tissue between; clients, vendors & employees
  • Learned knowledge of services and ability to share accurate information
  • Learned knowledge of wine regions, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara county
  • Accurately calculate estimates for services requested
  • Maintain CRM for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory across all platforms
  • Light bookkeeping in QuickBooks Pro
  • Perform general office duties and assist other personnel, as required.
  • Maintain high level of company’s respect within the industry
  • Some social Media posting, tagging, sharing
  • Stay current of industry trends and make recommendations of changes which would affect operations.
  • Other duties from time to time as assigned by owner
  • Participate in industry and civic organizations representing opportunities for future public relations and new business.

Skill Set

  • Computer literate in Windows 10 applications & web browsers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including use of PDF’s
  • Familiar with CRM’s & Dropbox
  • Some knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
  • Typing - minimum 30 wpm
  • Use of keystrokes preferred
  • Knowledge & use of Facebook & Instagram
  • Highly organization with wicked time management skills
  • Radical attention to detail
  • Candidate must be result driven and delivery oriented
